Kierunek Smart Manufacturing and Management
A graduate of this program possesses advanced knowledge and skills in modern production systems, industrial automation, and process management in Industry 4.0 environment. Understands the principles of designing, implementing, and improving production processes using modern manufacturing technologies, cyber-physical systems, industrial automation, data analytics, and digital tools used in smart factories. Possesses competence in the field of design, analysis, and optimization of production and logistics processes, using lean management methods, maintenance engineering, and analytical tools to support decision-making. Can analyze operational data, model processes, and propose solutions that increase the efficiency, reliability, and flexibility of production and logistics systems. A graduate also demonstrates advanced management and organizational skills. Is prepared to plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of engineering and innovation projects in industrial, manufacturing, and service enterprises. Can effectively manage a team, organize work in an interdisciplinary environment, make decisions under uncertainty, and solve operational and organizational problems. Understands and applies modern methods of project management, change management, and quality management in technologically advanced organizations. A graduate can combine technical knowledge with managerial skills, enabling them to effectively manage production and logistics processes, as well as implementation projects related to the digital transformation of enterprises. Is prepared to make strategic and operational decisions based on data and process efficiency analysis. Possesses communication skills enabling the effective transfer of technical and managerial information in an international environment, including in English. A graduate is characterized by ethical and social awareness regarding the implementation of new technologies and their impact on organizations, work environment, and society. Is prepared for continuous professional development, adapting to dynamic technological changes, and addressing the challenges associated with the digital transformation of industry.
