Digital Management

2025/26, studia pierwszego stopnia (inżynier), studia stacjonarne

Program studiów na kierunku Digital Management odpowiada na aktualne wyzwania społeczno-gospodarcze, wynikające ze zmian technologicznych oraz postępującej digitalizacji. Kierunek Digital Management ma na celu przygotowanie specjalistów z zakresu zarządzania cyfrowego mających wyjątkowe kompetencje twarde - inżynierskie i miękkie – związane z efektywną interakcją międzyludzką.  Dzięki temu menedżer będzie swobodnie funkcjonował w środowisku wirtualnym. Ludzie, którzy potrafią budować relacje, angażować użytkowników i tworzyć poczucie przynależności, będą niezwykle poszukiwani w przyszłości.  Kierunek Digital Management składa się z przedmiotów należących do części menedżerskiej oraz technologicznej. Zaplanowane w toku studiów przedmioty wyposażają studentów w kompetencje cyfrowe ważne dla współczesnego rynku pracy. Program kierunku obejmuje zarówno wiedzę teoretyczną, jak i praktyczne umiejętności z zakresu technologii cyfrowych, analizy i zbierania danych, wizualizacji i prezentacji oraz projektowania cyfrowych rozwiązań biznesowych, co przygotowuje studentów do podjęcia pracy w różnych sektorach gospodarki. Kształcenie na tym kierunku opiera się na nowoczesnych formach i metodach kształcenia, jak: Design Thinking, Problem Based Learning, Challenge Base Learning i Flipped Education, z jednoczesnym uwzględnieniem cyfrowej transformacji zajęć prowadzonych również jako kształcenie na odległość.
